Got a wee shopping list for my P-reg. / '96 Ser.2..........
1. Clip for holding the O/S end of the link-rod to the O/S bonnet release catch
2. Micro-switch, plug & socket for the above bonnet catch
3. Good front inner steel bumper frame....goes between the polystyrene corner bits
4. Good N/S/R inner arch mud-shield
5. x2 tow-eye covers for front bumper
6. x2 rear wings.....new / 2nd-hand / cut-offs / what-have-you (see also other post)

1. Not sure what you mean..
2. A maybee,
3. All S2 cars need these, its hard to get in good condition.
4. MIGHT have an inner rear arch shield, but cant promise.
5. You be looking for cut outs no doubt, my last one gone now..

1. There are 2 catches that hold the bonnet down....the cabin-pull cable attaches to the N/S catch direct, and the N/S & O/Scitroenxm wrote:Hi Alan,

catches are linked by a thin steel rod. The rod is held into the hole of the O/S catch by a black plastic clip...the pesky thing shot off into a Black Hole in the garage.... I can get something cobbled up OK, but would rather get the right bit, while
everything is dismantled.
2. Ditto for the switch...not essential, but I might as well replace it while I can get at it.
3. I suspected as much..... What did they make them out of...cardboard ?? Looks like I'm repairing this one.
