thanks Robert, I am not an apprentice any more nor afraid for such a simple job on the bl....y belts. But I am a comfort creature so don't like cold hands! :)Is it true that the new belts are actually better and stronger than the original ones?

Work quick enough and you won't get cold!
No idea on new belts lasting longer than the OE ones. I have bought genuine Citroen timing belt kits on e-bay and many have come with Dayco belts in them.

I was just wondering. It seems the 2.1 TD has an oilcooler behind the radiator where my 2.0 16v hasn't. But they both have the same auto box. Can anyone enlighten me on this? It's not important, just wondering
