Dark N/M reg XM in the English Riviera

Saw this while I was down there weekend just gone. Was quite surprised to see it, it could well be the black TCT I've seen knocking about on the A377 a few times the last couple of years but I didn't have enough time to see.
We were in a bright yellow Citroen Visa.
