Well, here are the promised pictures :D
Fits perfectly :!:

The items usually sell for 1380 yen, but I got mine for 1080 yen plus postage, 525 yen. Postage to the UK would be about 1000 yen, one week delivery, or about half of that for two week delivery. An order of two would then total 3685 yen for the one week delivery.
Should you wish me to order reimbursement with PayPal is fine.

Looks nice, exactly what I'm after. Quite expensive for cup holders though although probably what you'd expect to pay at Halfords over in the UK. I did try a search on ebay to see if there was anything similar, the closest looking thing was around £1.99 but nowhere near as nice looking as yours.

Go on then, order me two, I don't mind the longer delivery, let me know how much it is in pounds Sterling & let me have your email address & I'll send a Paypal payment over. I appreciate you going to the trouble of doing this for me.

LJK Setright argued that cupholders don't belong in a car. As he supports my prejudice I feel secure in holding this view. For a while I had an insulated mug for driving and sipping coffee. It felt wrong so when I crushed it in the door I never replaced it. It used to dangle off the side pocket quite neatly. Thermos was the brand.

Leonard John Kensell Setright: "the best motoring journalist there has ever been". Look up some reviews of his book Drive On! at Amazon.co.uk for an idea of his writing. His contributions to Car magazine make old copies worth buying in themselves. That said the rest of those pre-2002 editions are lovely to have anyway. The 70s and 80s issues are fascinating.
If you go to carmagazine.co.uk and use the search tool there is a good thread called The Ghost of LJK Setright which is worth a read.

Cup-holders must be just about the ONLY creature comfort missing on the XM! Presumably it was intended that the assistante de la chauffeuse would look after drinks and so forth...

I only got mine cos they were in the bargain bin for 50p each at Halfrauds.

Totally unrelated but just bought 24 disposable bbq's from Wilkinsons priced at 20p each, ex summer stock. At checkout was charged 24p for the lot, 1p each. I felt embarrassed paying for them on my card, was expecting it to be £2.40 but didn't have any cash on me!

I always carry a disposable bbq in my estate, along with gas stove & kettle. Nice to pull over for a cuppa sometimes, with an impromptu barbeque if its not raining.
Lol, awesome scoop that
