Plenty of good headlamp lense photos on French ebay at the moment.
Mk1 and Mk2 LHD ones.
The Dip beam deflector pattern can be clearly seen cast in the glass of the Mk2 ones.

Have you got one ?? or do you know where there is one ?? AS late as possible (2000 !!), Moving to France soon so the extra carrying would be an advantage. At present have a 2.1 TD (lowish milage) Year 2000 (one of the last produced ) Could exchange with cash either way. LHD would be an advantage.

Here you go chap, I've found one on Car &Classic, however its a 1995 model and there asking £2450 for it !

I am selling my desirable XM estate. It is the one to have with the larger 2.5 diesel engine, a manual gearbox and excellent spec. with leather seats, AC, sunroof, etc.
The mileage is a mere 98,800 and I am only the third owner so this is a really good car. It has an MOT until July and is taxed to the end of March 2013. It has recently had a new cam belt kit fitted too so there are no worries there.
Everything works including the sunroof but some of the LED pixels on the dash are now hard to read. The leather is in good condition and the suspension rises and falls as it should.
There are a few scuffs and marks to the bodywork but it is sound. The tyres are fine and it drives nicely, although the brakes take some getting used to.
