Selling off one (or bits

) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Yes it is Mike

he's a very good friend of mine too and I've already suggested an XM V6 is really exactly what he wants in his life

I may just know a person who might be interested. You know him actually and I believe he's already (or will soon) be asking you to look out for a nice XM for him...
I can't think of a nicer one than this one for him really, especially as the person who may be interested has owned V6 Xantias in the past...
That would be me:-) I've taken the jump and finally registered on club-xm. I dropped Malcolm a mail the other night or morning about keeping an eye out for one in general, hadn't spotted this one..

price wise not sure iv placed a price on my website of what i would like but can dream.
i try to be realistic with the prices,if i can buy at the right price and sort them i can sell at the right price.
The car is not finished yet, requires a cam-belt kit, water pump and full service + the leather requires treating.
Will not be sold till im happy.
If Mike is our friend/customer,he would like a diesel.he,s been a friend / customer for a number of years now and bought a number of citroens from me.A good honest person to know.
Thanks Malcolm

Yes, it is indeed me. I might well be interested in this V6 actually. Can't see it being any less economical than my current transport really.. bit slower maybe, but a darn sight comfier.

Economy won't be a problem Mike as they're more economical than the Xantia V6 if my initial results are anything to go by.. 35mpg on a run with a lightish foot and avoidance of sport mode is quite possible...
I wonder if the XM is inherently more aerodynamic than the Xantia and if this is what makes them relatively frugal?
The V6 is terrific on a long run and the comfort it offers is exactly what you want on your trips up North!

The XM is more aerodynamic than a Xantia, but possibly lighter too.
