need to share this, LOL
just read that the somewhat expensive and technically highly advanced JSF fighter, doesn't enable it's pilots to look behind them. There for in test flights they all get shot down...I wonder if there are Citroen engineers working there

How stupid are we all becoming I wonder...highly educated but no common sense

That is just incredible Jaap...
Not even Citroen would be that stupid..
One can only despair and mourn the passing of times when common sense was a highly regarded quality...

The fighter was designed to be a low-cost replacement to the Air Force's F-16, with different versions being developed for the Navy, Marine Corps and British forces. But it is now expected to cost $244.8 billion to produce a planned 2,400 planes. Development will cost $44.8 billion, including a $10 billion increase identified last year, the report said. (and this was written in March 2005) WTF...

A friend of mine works for BAE systems at Warton. He told me the airframe and avionics engineers pissed themselves when they saw the schematics for the JSF.

Unfortunately that's the way of the world now. Those who actually do know what they're talking about are ignored in favour of those who say what is wanted to be heard.
