Yes, your ok on a 1992 2.1 Russ, so is my recent K reg 2.1 SD, that is also Bosch..

However, Early 2.1 TD Cars are Lucas Mechanical... These too are a NON Veggie Pump sadly..

My SED on a H plate is Lucas, so also is my Landloards H reg 2.1 SED, and also is my J reg 2.1 D a Lucas. So it was 1992 K reg when they switched to Bosch.

Just to ECHO Russ. DO NOT BE AFRAID.. Goto Costco, buy the big drum, and pour it straight in and put a BIG SMILE on your face!!

It was when automatic gearboxes and EGR were introduced, even though the automatic cars didn't get EGR at first.

Auto Box's were introduced in 1991, June IIRC... But this 1991 J reg 2.1 D has Lucas..

Ive not seen a J with Bosch Yet.. But, I dont car when.. AS the K reg S1.5 cars are a better car... and would always be the model of choice, K, L or early M..

Just a damm shame my SED (second oldest in UK IIRC) is a H plate.. and has Lucas.

Almost as much as a litre of DERV Robert..

Its only really viable if you buy in large Bulk... So Ive been told..

Im sure I seen 1 litre for about 1.20 or something.. I dont really look, as I dont have time to mess with it, and the HDi doesn;t like it as stock.. only when its made to Bio..

Yup! THE BEST one and model to have... S1.5, so better electrics, bolted earths, 99.9% chance of the suspension to work, and always will - none of this diode mod rubbish, and the BEST interior...

The best interior by far!!! Yea..electrics could be better....suspension...mmmm I have my suspicions mine is lacking a little pressure. But it rises okay. I'm very intrigued by Graeme's FDV spring solution.

I do agree...good models 1.5s. Even better if it had a angle spoke mind you, so I could see the buttons!!!

Ive got about TWO single spoke wheels left.. One is sold to Greame, but my ole V6 SEi on a K had a twin, but it was leather covered so was left on her.

My Early H reg SED has a single spoke, but these early car steering were NOT leather coated. That came when the SED gained the wood on the dash and on the doors, which my SED is also missing.

Also missing from early SE spec is Electric Arm rest..... but can soon be added. ;)

If I do get the SD Paul, I'd much prefer the single spoke wheel ;)
