:lol: yeah I think your right Robert. Weather better cheer up, otherwise that's a long way to come for a day of snow or rain.

I'd love to go but am in york for three days before and am flying to Ireland tp collect an XM on the Monday!

I'm used to long distance travelling. That's why I drive XM's:) But I just saw some snow on tv in WAles, that burried sheep alive I wonder how the snow and weather situation is around there.

wales had a foot - there were 15 feet snowdrifts in parts of Scotland!

I'm about 30 miles from Burghley, and we only had a little bit of snow. All gone now too.

this morning I saw eight truckloads of very large generators heading in convoy down the A40 - I am guessing they were heading for Fishguard!
