Absolutely!
Perhaps you could make a feature of it Paul. perhaps by sticking on some patterned plastic film to make something similar to the BX rear windows... A local vinyl sign-writing firm should be able to advise...
There's a Poxhall Ashtray hereabouts that advertises such a firm and the whole car is wrapped in film... It looks complete kak but the principle holds good..
You might have seen it last time you passed by this way...

Even just black sticky vinyl like Jim suggests would work , at least from a distance black blends in with all the windows.

Another job to tick off the list today..
Fitted a set of rear brake pads today, so thats sorted.. messed about with the exhaust for a tempery repair for now...
I also bought a cam belt, water pump, oil and filter too... and found ANOTHER pit fall!
The rear most exhaust hanger hook is missing, its rotted and broken off... However, on the way home I had an idea to sort that out.
So still to do,
Fit front tyres (got)
Weld two holes up at front
Found an engine oil leak, only small but it is dripping slightly
Engine service - water pump, oil and filter
Clean interior as its re fitted
Seal up hole on the broken rear quarter window.
Projects:(eventually if theres any bodywork left)

Your getting there Paul.....

Good work my friend.
Im gutted for you on the window aspect, its such a shame on an otherwise good looking car which will be in fine fettle once youve finished with it
I reckon its worth buying a new one...at least it will be for the new owner
You down this sunday Paul at the rally?

Hey great Paul. See ya there.
I know you have been very busy, but you get anywhere with the remote central locking receiver thing?

Ah.... I think the plan was to see if a Xantia receiver would plug into a XM and then program my fob to it. Or in your case if the XM plippers like mine would sink to it....I think!

What's your idea then Paul?
Cable tie?
Wire coat hanger?
Baler twine?
Seriously, good to see more progress
