Your project is coming along nicely then Paul, these S1 2.1SDs are very appealing to me. I went off for a drive again in Wills at the Wetherby meeting, I certainly wouldn't mind one. Looking forward to seeing yours at the national!

I hope your job situation improves soon, at least your XMs are enjoying your attention :)
Chris.

You can buy this one Chris while Im in the mood!

Interior centre console all back in and front seats.. HOWEVER, on a pre MOT check everything worked, EXCEPT Hazards..

HELP! .... Indicators work, but when the hazard switch is pressed they stop, and hazards dont work. Tried two switch's, so im after a Wiring diagram for Hazards now..

This and the window in, and a DAMM good T Cut and we be there...

Does this one need a clutch and HG or is that just a precautionary measure?

Is there a seperate relay for the hazards?
Chris.

Yes chris, a Hazard Relay has been added to do with the Tow bar..

Head and clutch was precautionary.. Ive NO idea if it needs dooing. But will do by CXM, as the car will be going back to Robin Hoods Bay 31,st Aug, 1st and 2nd Sep and of course CXM first weekend... so will be road tested.

Clutch, I think is just stiff on the Nylon bush's due to lack of use, again to be prooved...

Right... Todays.. Work.. A sucessfull day..

Sorted the Hazard issue, as posted else where, so hazards and indicators working, it seemed to be a hig resitance earth to the Hazard switch. I also binned the external relay, and fitted an Original Indicator relay, currently knicked out of another car...

So, then the next job, I decided while we have dry weather back window!

Armed with a screw driver, hammer, and a couple of old Kitchen Knives.. I set upon..

Vaccuum cleaner on standby to catch the bits..

All clear, with no extra upper wing damage..

And, Viola....

One window glass stuck in with PROPER windscreen bonding stuff!

WELL PLEASED!

This, concludes all work I can see (Other then the rear Boot centre panel, that houses the reversing lights) that I need to do to get an MOT..

SO.. MOT Ready now.... :D
