I hadn't noticed that at all. This is meant to be a National Rally, all the most obvious models should have all been listed. That isn't good. There were quite a few Visas too.

Love that light gold SM....that is very special.

Oh, that's very nice.

The SM photographed above is in a lighter shade - I do know that it has been resprayed recently, whereas mine I believe to be original.

and the drop dead gorgeous interior (it is marvellous to sit in too!)

Love the SM interior. I really like the tan version though, but without the tucked line in the centre of the seat cushion rolls. . Such a nice car though. A true 1970s grand tourer.
A paler Sable would be a great match for your SM. That one at the ICCCR springs to mind.

Those photos are amazing Charles and I think the all black interior also echoes the early XM S1 V6 in some respects. I think the Champagne colour is much very closer than Sable Russ! Regards, Matthew T.

Maybe. I was referring to the pale SM at the rally and sable being a good match. The colour of the SM above matches your XM perfectly. And that would be amazing to have in the garage.
I still get a bit confused about sable and the strength of the colour.
