Thought we would do some leak investigations today...

So, got the car supported and prepared, and lowered the subframe on the passenger side:

The pipe in the middle of the above shot is actually a Nikcel Pipe... its just covered in crap!

Anyway, after a bit more rooting around, I found the offending item. Its NOT the electro valve, this time.. prehaps I should check it while theres no system pressure..

Yes, the brown bit at the end of my finger, its rust. Its a pipe that goes from the hydractive block, of the two the lower one, which we can see, to a K valve just in forground which you can see the end of the pipe, its the nearer one. Bu theres soo much in the way I cant get at them to undo the unions. They have rusted to a smaller size head, and I couldn;t undo them..

The pipe is the one with a Wire In IT... Anyway, I abandond job as I wasn;t getting anywhere and thought, Id better not do half a job and I think Im gonna drop the whole subframe and examine the pipe more closly..

So thats all for now.. Bit more on wednesday afternoon..
