Exellent system, aweful name, the mind that created that system wasnt the same mind that decided to cristen it "magic suspension" as an official name, are Mercedes now marketing their cars at 4 year olds

Re: Wow what an invention!
I'm pretty sure the C6's *rear* side's, damping at least, *does* adapt, individually so, from the info taken from the front suspension (strut) sensor reading of the road.
I'm not sure as to whether the C6 *also* reads the road in front of the front wheels, for some reason I remember something about an infrared sensor... Anybody knows better?
Seeing those body Vs road-motion lines on the Merc, can't help remember the relevant Citroen marketing films from the 50s or 60s... just the same lines. Shame, all this technology, and they can't even be proud about it today.
BTW news today is agreement has been reached and that Dongfeng will be a 14% onwer, with another 14% french state (they're putting money also), and the Peugeot family going from a 25% to a 14% too... Might be that the Chinese will resurrect hydropneumatics? I have more hope than before, actually. A Metropolis maybe soon??
