Re: Info help needed on ABS sensors
One option must be to remove the abs completely - it was an option on early cars. Long term, that must be a reality.

Re: Info help needed on ABS sensors
Quite a LOT of involvment there Steve, theres quite a bit of pipe re routing as the ABS Block sits on the nearside front, where on a non ABS car the pipe work doesnt come that way.
Projects:(eventually if theres any bodywork left)

Yes it does.
Irrespective, just remove the unit and splice in some pipes.

Re: Info help needed on ABS sensors
Yes, Teves sensors use the same mounting arrangements.
I was comparing some XM Bendix and Teves rear sensors last weekend.
Was not happy that the Teves sensor would get close enough to the ABS ring to work the Bendix ECU.
Need to try it in an actual car that needs just a sensor.

I tried that, on an open wheel bracket (cut) That seems to fit fine.

What i think I would need to know is the part numbers, Euro car parts are selling sensors with the blue plug that they say will work
