Repeat after me:
DIRAVI is an acronym for "Direction à rappel asservi" literally meaning "steering with controlled return" more accurately described in English as "power steering with power assisted return". In the UK, it was marketed as VariPower and in the U.S. as SpeedFeel.

Only joking and with acknowledgements to Wikipedia. It was a great shame that it wasn't fitted to UK RHD XM's - it would have gilded the lily - greatly missed from my CX days.

Working suspension is the key to loving an XM.

I've done 300 miles in one of mine since 4:00pm yesterday and it really rocks.

As that is the 2nd XM feature on PH in the last two years, something tells me they are closet XM fanciers.

Get it back on the road Kevin. I don't drive mine then think they are average, then drive one or the other for some distance and really love the experience. It seems to be, the longer you drive for the better they seem to be.
