Andrew - 'andmcit' ?
I was wondering (a few months back now), Has anyone seen or heard anything of Andrew and if he's okay ?
As I see that his last visit to the forum was on 'September 17th 2013' and his last posting was made on Tuesday November 27th 2012 !

I know he was going through some issues, had kind of thrown the head up and was looking rid of vast swathes of his Citroen collection, but beyond that, no one seems to have heard anything from him since then, slightly concerning, hope he's alright and simply taking a break from the scene for a while.

I was advertising a Range Rover for breaking on eBay either at the tail end of last year or start of this year and someone called Andrew with the username CXXM or something similar got in touch with me for parts. The location was Swansea too.
I wrote back to him and asked if it was him and I never heard from him again.
David.

Re: Andrew - 'andmcit' ?
I had some useful advice from Andrew on S1 V6 after I joined the Forum and he seemed very committed to the model. As I recall the last thing we heard was that he had a few issues and was scaling down his fleet. Regards, Matthew T.

I too have been wondering what happened to Andrew. One minute he was about then the next gone.
I believe Campbell, had tried to contact him about the cobalt panels he had stored for him and got no reply, so he sold them on. Hope he is okay.

Re: Andrew - 'andmcit' ?
I believe after he moved his collection to a new location and then suffered some major losses due to theft, IIRC a car on a trailer, the trailer and another car or two, he started scaling back and stopped posting as much as he used to then just stopped. Possibly when he had cut his collection right back
Sad days as i know he was very committed to Xantias and XM's and new many of the easy fixes for them...

We have a very permanent reminder of Andrew on the FCF. He's a graphic artist and he designed the forum banner for us.
A very skilled gentleman and a gentleman too. last job I recall him doing on here was replacing 2.5 gearchange cables. Having done this I know it's not the easiest job in the world.
I do wish he'd come back to us...

not heard from him at all - panels were not sold either, they were given away. And I need to go to leicester and dump the blooming hatch off ...russ92xmsed wrote:I too have been wondering what happened to Andrew. One minute he was about then the next gone.
