While looking for some info today, I came across a thread on a BMW owners' club site, where there was a discussion about the difficulty of draining the engine block (inaccessible drain plug). Fair enough, and someone suggested fitting an elbow in place of the block plug, leading off to a more conveniently placed drain tap. So far, so good . . .
But then several replies followed, pooh-poohing the idea as impractical. Why? Because owners tend not to have any means of raising the car to get underneath to fit the bits!
Well, it takes all sorts, I suppose. Perhaps they should stick to fitting some more LEDs and go-faster stripes on the ashtray.

Anyone who's anyone knows that a go faster stripe is good for +5bhp. The benefits of a drain point for the block is unknown in those circles.

Indeed, and a bunch of Halfords stick on 16V, Turbo or even V6 badges assure at least another 30!

And the rest....
Fit a Mongoose Exhaust, that's 30Bhp, cold air intake, another 30, triple electrode spark plugs, another 30.
It's amazing that adding a few bits of tat can add 120Bhp to a 2CV.

It always beats me that anyone would want to advertise someone else's product...

No its not, I would do it for sure on the prestige. Let's say £350/panel/annum £500 for the bonnet, sponsor to supply graphics.
