As others have said, a sad loos, especially for his family. The sudden acute onset indicated he was suffering with an advanced level of condition, so his passing isn't entirely surprising.

People should remember him for the good things he has done.

A very sad loss indeed, my thoughts are with his family at this very difficult time.
Someone like Malcolm is a one of a kind and I will miss his excellent humour and fantastic knowledge in all things Citroen and more.

Gosh that is a shock and I am also so very sorry to hear the news! Although I cannot recall meeting Malcolm his posts were always very helpful, polite and encouraging. Regards, Matthew T.

That would be a lovely, fitting tribute for Malcolm, lets hope a good turnout of cars can be drummed up once the funeral date is known.

Just read this now....I met Malcolm quite a few times and we had some good chats...He even used to ring me up for GSF part numbers on old Citroen stuff as his local branch had no idea of what he was talking about and could never find what he wanted ;)

He was a really nice guy who loved the Citroen scene, and ran his own garage in St Leonards. Its a sad loss indeed. Always had a smile on his face :)

We've got a date for the funeral. Below copied from the FCF. Judging from the replies on the forums and Facebook, looks like there will be a people travelling from all over the country. Hope to see some of you there.

Dad's funeral will take place on Wednesday the 22nd of July at 2pm at Hastings cemetery. I can forward the address when I have looked up. There will be a wake after but have not decided on the venue yet.
