There's been a rattle somewhere and I've tried to correct it by swapping the stabilizer rods and checking the lower ball joints and steering track rod ends.
All seems fine there however I think I found excessive play on this item on the picture of which I am not sure what is the correct word for it. It is a bushing that holds the front stabilizer on the front sub frame.
Can anyone tell what is the right name for this part? Any tips and tricks for replacement would be great as well.
The one on the picture is of a scrapcar and it shows the aluminium bracket in which it belongs.

I think they are called an anti-Roll bar bush. for example, see viewtopic.php?p=35644" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The roll bar diameter varies between some models of XM with matching bush size needed.

A mystery part, I found it in the glove box today. As organised as we are, this needs de cluttering on an annual basis. . There's a rubber seal but what it is for, where it came from, I do not know.
