Citroen should have used their expertise in composites and got the sunroof made from fibreglass. Even then it probably wouldn't have worked. Damn things.....

The tray is plastic, but the design means there are leakage areas.

Success!

School-boy error yesterday with regard to the positioning of the wiring. Had another go this evening and (almost) everything went to plan. Sunroof in, it passed the kettle of water test!

Just need to sort something with the rearmost plastic clips as they have deteriorated, and then re-fit the headlining and the trim bits.

But for now she's back home!

f it leaked after a kettle of water things must have been bad. mine seemed to allow water into the light console after a monsoon and hasn't done it since. I still have the headlining out to check on progress.
Driving into the sun with no sunvisors yesterday was a challenge. The headlining should go back on this weekend.

I bet you could Paul, it was fairly easy over-all, it was just daunting as I've never done it before.

And of course once again I had help from the forum members, for which I am truly thankful.
