K-BAN has a new home

What you need is a 3' x 2' sheet of galvanised steel, a drill, mastic and pop rivets. That made a very effective fix when my FIL's Montego sunroof glass blew out while driving along. Not a drop of water ever entered the car.

Right... Today... In sheer frustration at the bloody thing I went into overkill mode. I've silicon' the bloody lot.

I'll leave it to cure now til Monday.

Ok, I went after work and fitted the cassette, it was a bit tighter this time and took some fettling, then the hose pipe came out.
Then I took it up and down the Motorway, went to my friends house, gave a lift... Basically drove around for 90 minutes in the rain. I'm home now and I'm not wet. Not even damp. Don't mention the "L" word. It hasn't happened yet.

We've had torrential downpours and hail over the past couple of days, I think (hope) I've sorted it now so I've started re-fitting the headlining and trim
