‎For Sale: 1990 Citroen XM 2.1 SED

I am going to put this in for an MOT this week to see what is needed for its continued roadworthyness.

It will fail on the windscreen washers, I know that. If it needs anything else I'm not going to do it so it will probably be cubed in mid July.

If you are interested in saving this car, you can come and get it the week before its MOT runs out. (expiry 9th July).

Also, further to the information above in this post, I managed to dent the passenger front door last week in a car park. Might be able to push it back out.

It still drives fine, in fact it is about to take me 600 miles to work and back this week.

MOT booked for tomorrow morning!

Will fail on headlight bulb (not going out in this weather) and windscreen washers. Fingers crossed nothing else.

Surely some mistake... MOT passed. Although windscreen washers still don't work, which I thought would have been a fail.

He commented that the suspension was too soft too! Haha! Said I'd paid paid lot of money for that softness! (It's even an advisory!)

Obviously the tester isn't familiar with the reason why Citroens are different.

Washer jests should be a fail. "insufficient delivery of water to the windscreen"

Stiil...I wouldn't complain.
