Xm 2.1 s2 parts for sale.

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Ah, well if that's the case, here's my shopping list... :D

Actually, if you have a NSF door, can the window seal be liberated?

when you say the window seal, do you mean the one on the window? Because if Russ is coming tomorrow you can have a door. I don't want to pull a door physically apart. I did that to get a rear window for someone and it's an hour and a half I won't get back. At the moment there are twelve cutting discs and a brand new 9in angle grinder here and I won't be messing about! Five mins and the door will be off. If you can use the door, I'll get the door pin removal tools out.

Raynoon, strut tops are struts and will be complete - that means you get abs sensors, callipers, disks, struts, strut tops and spheres. I'll even throw in a driveshaft!

Wowzer! I'm not sure how all this will fit in Russ's car, or even if Russ is willing or available to collect.

I mean the seal at the base of the glass. The rubber seal clipped onto the door skin to stop water going into the door. It would be quicker to remove than the door....one nut at the rear and prise the seal upwards. Better to drop the glass first so the seal doesn't split...;)

A whole door is more difficult to deal with.

Another item...the NSF door seal. The one on the body to stop wind noise.

do you want an S1.5 or an S2 door seal.

Can't drop the window as there's no power. But I will do my best with the seal. Just don't want to muck about as I've tried to get the scrapmen to take the non rolling shell and they won't. So it's being cut into Dispatch sized bits and going to the metal recycling skip at the tip.

Also for sale a set of OK wobbly web Etoile alloys, couple with OK tyres and a set of S2 Speedline alloys - ditto - £30 a set.

Is there a difference in the door seal? S1 if there is.

If only that wall hadn't moved so fast, you wouldn't be having to do all this... :D

the S1 is a little furry and S2 rubbery - that's the difference, I think. Have a horrible feeling the s2 one on the nearside is split, but I have a set of S1.5 ones in the garage loft. It'll force me to go up there and get the exhaust section I mentioned to Russ.

I'd have got rid and it may still be on the road. Damned hydraulics worked again the next week when I moved it again! It's properly in the way now. My Messerschmitt is locked in the garage until it goes ... I've a new van coming shortly and no space and it's what has to go. Trying to sort out the few last useful things, clear some space, keep some other XMs in better nick and help pay for the huge angle grinder I bought today!

I managed to get rid of lots of the small bits of K plater to Russ but there are bits in the loft that need to come down. I know the complete set of door seals is there, so if you want them all to have a matched set, I'd be delighted to get rid.
